The National Convention in Phoenix is on and we are looking forward to a big turnout from The Department of New York. Attached are all the forms you may need to register. Please read the Health Guidelines, National Convention safety and the National waiver forms carefully. The housing and waiver forms will be in a fillable format on our website after Memorial day. Please get your reservations to us in a timely manner and I look forward to seeing all of you again as we slowly come out of this pandemic.
