There has been a change to the Agenda that has been previously published. The Banquet has been moved from Saturday evening to Friday evening.
The Convention Packet and the associated forms have been updated with the new date, as well as the Department Web site. The Convention packet is also available at https://www.mclnewyork.net/.

Upcoming Deadlines
Department of New York 91st Annual Convention
- 10 May 2022 Banquet RSVP: You need to have your Banquet RSVP returned by this date.
- 19 May 2022 - Hotel Reservations: Please make your reservation by calling (315) 476-4212, and when prompted to select reservations, and ask for the Marine Corps League Annual Convention group rate, or you can book your reservation online using this link: https://bit.ly/37aG1Lo. The room rate is $99.00 per night. The group rate may be extended three days before and three days after the official meeting dates, subject to space availability. To receive the guaranteed room rate, your reservation MUST be made by 19 May 2022.
- 20 May 2022 Ad Journal Ads: Brini recognition to your Detachment, business, and/or organization by placing an Ad in our Journal. All proceeds from the Department Convention Journal to benefit the programs of the Marine Corps League.
- 25 May 2022 Delegate Reservations: We are recommending that Detachments register their delegates in advance. The advance registration rate is five ($5.00) dollars and must be postmarked by 25 May 2022, otherwise the registration fee per person is seven ($7.00) dollars.
- 25 May 2022 Marine of the Year Submissions: Each Detachment can nominate that outstanding Marine in their Detachment Submissions must be postmarked by the 25 May. We need a minimum of 3 submissions to consider any candidate. Download "Rules for Marine of the Year"
- New York Marine Corps League Foundation 9th Annual Golf Outing: Do you play golf? Come out and join the Golf Tournament and support the New York Marine Corps League Foundation. If you don’t play golf, how about having your Detachment, business and/or organization sponsor a hole!
