Convention Reservations Today is the last days left to make your reservation for the 90th Annual Marine Corps League Department of New York Convention, and get the group rate. Reservations made after May 1st, up to 3pm on the Friday of the convention, our Embassy Suites contact, Paula DeTran stated that she will assist you (and if there are rooms available, get the group rate), what she cannot guarantee is if there area any rooms available in the hotel. After 1 May, any un-booked rooms in our block will be released back into inventory. For reservations made after 1 May 2021, please contact Paula directly, either by email at Paula.Detran@Hilton.com or her direct dial phone number at 315-703-9107. Come out and support your Department and the Auxiliary! This year is a "CHANGE OF COMMAND" year, the Department and the Auxiliary will be electing and installing new officers! Upcoming Deadlines 1 May 2021 - Department Convention Reservations: All reservations should be made with the hotel by calling (315) 446 – 3200 and use group code ACM, or you can book your reservation online using this link: https://bit.ly/3fcFaM2. The room rate is $101.00 per night. The group rate may be extended three days before and three days after the official meeting dates, subject to space availability. 14 May 2021 - Department Convention Banquet RSVP: Register for our banquet. The menu and banquet RSVP is included in the complete banquet packet. 20 May 2021 - Department Convention Ad Journal: Your Ad Journal ads must be received by 20 May 2021. Come out and support the Department. Click Here to download the Ad Journal Form. 27 May 2021 - Department Marine of the Year Nominations: All nominations for Marine of the Year must be post marked by 27 May 2021. Rules for Marine of the Year can be downloaded from the Department of New York Web site at https://www.mclnewyork.net/index.php/department-documents?view=document&id=8&format=raw 27 May 2021 - Department Convention Advance Registrations: The advance registration rate is five ($5.00) dollars and must be postmarked by 27 May 2021, otherwise the registration fee per person is seven ($7.00) dollars. ASAP - New York Marine Corps League Foundation 8th Annual Golf Tournament: Come out and Golf with your fellow Marines, or simply sponsor a hole. Please register ASAP.
