Good Afternoon,
This weekend (Sat, Sun,& Monday) we will have an
OPEN HOUSE to provide the Moderna Vaccine to all of our enrolled registered Veterans.
Our goal is to offer the vaccine to all Veterans, Caregivers who are
enrolled in the Caregiver Support Program and employees who want to be
vaccinated.
Please share this information with all clinic areas.
